From the workshops, I learned how to have a view from the other side of the fence and how the people we work with everyday view communication, professionalism, and integrity in relation to our teams and our goals. My favorite part of the workshops were the personal interactions we had with others on our team. I also learned how to communicate clearly, how to understand if we all row in the same direction, we’ll get to where we’re going, and that conflict can be constructively done without being personal or demeaning.
