If you’ve taken the Gallup StrengthsFinder or CliftonStrengths Assessment, you probably felt pretty good after you saw your Assessment results. Why? Because it helped you see yourself at a very core level, explaining things about you that you’ve wondered about for ages. And – instead of faulting you for your weaknesses, you found that you were well-equipped to tackle them from another vantage point for your development. Was that freeing for you? I remember my first reaction to my report was “Oh, so I’m actually wired this way on purpose!”

Now, there’s a new Gallup Assessment aimed at helping business owners or leadership teams grow their organizations. Owners can now take the new Gallup-created Assessment known as the Builder Profile 10 (BP10) to determine their ranked order of business-building Talents they use to grow their companies. You have those same strengthening sparks to grow your company within you that helped you create your business in the first place, but you might not know what they are or how to harness them to accelerate your company. Similar to StrengthsFinder’s / CliftonStrengths’ Strengths, the 10 Builder Talents blend together to show you how you can maximize your efforts to grow your business. However, unlike the Strengths’ environment, business owners must account for each of the 10 Talents in their business to make it successful. Failure to do this puts your organization at risk.
