We are at the crossroads of bringing Teal Organizations to bear in every country, every market, every organization. One of the three tenets of Teal is that we work in “self-managed teams.” We can only do this if leaders are able to delegate and create leaders of everyone. Let’s take this first step of learning from our pandemic, wrap it in an accelerated fashion befitting the times, and help all leaders create their deep bench!
